You send your document along with any formatting instructions from your department, university, or target journal. If a template is required, you can provide it, or I can adjust your manuscript to match your style sheet from scratch.
I begin with a structural scan to identify inconsistencies, then move systematically through the entire document: headings, spacing, alignment, tables, captions, references, and front matter. Styles are applied consistently so you can continue editing later without breaking the structure.
Once the formatting is complete, you receive:
1. A fully formatted Word document
2. A PDF version for easy review
