Born with a book in one hand and a pen in the other, I’ve been spellbound by the power of words for as long as I can remember. Originally from England, I now call Finland my home — a land where quiet libraries, serene lakes, and magical forests fuel my love for storytelling.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Creative Writing, and for years, I’ve been immersed in the world of manuscripts, essays, and everything in between. My passion lies in helping writers and scholars refine their craft without losing the heart of their work.

When I’m not rearranging sentences or perfecting plot arcs, you’ll likely find me at home with my wife and our four cats — Minnie, Groot, Godzilla, and Rascal — all of whom believe they're invaluable editing assistants (especially when a keyboard is involved). Our days are often filled with books, cat mischief, and long, fascinating, and frequently hilarious conversations about the quirks, similarities, and peculiarities of our native languages — English and Finnish.
