Ever since I learned to read, I’ve felt that power humming beneath every sentence. And as I grew, I learned that editing was the craft that focused it. A single edit can sharpen meaning, reveal intention, or reshape the way a reader experiences a thought. That alchemy is the heart of my work, and the reason I built my business around a spellbook. Originally from England, I now call Finland home — a place of lakes, forests, and quiet libraries that seem to hum with stories of their own. My background in English Literature and Creative Writing, combined with years of working on manuscripts, research papers, and creative projects across genres, allows me to help writers and academics shape their ideas with precision and purpose. Our home is full of books, mischief, and multilingual conversations about the quirks of English and Finnish.
