After receiving your manuscript, I begin a slow, line-by-line pass using Track Changes. Every sentence is examined for clarity, rhythm, tone, flow, and emotional impact.
When I change wording, I do so with your voice at the centre — never overwriting, always clarifying. Ambiguities are resolved, pacing strengthened, and unnecessary clutter removed.
Dialogue is smoothed, descriptions tightened, and each paragraph reshaped to support readability and narrative rhythm.
Once the edit is complete, you receive:

Line editing for fiction is €0.025 per word, including full Track Changes edits and a summary note.
Turnaround:
Most manuscripts are completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on length and density. Longer projects (100k+) may require a little extra time to ensure every line receives the attention it deserves.
Rush timelines are sometimes possible — just let me know your deadline.

Will you change my style?
No. Line editing refines your natural voice, not replaces it. Every edit is made with your tone and intention in mind.
Do you fix grammar?
Yes — but only as part of clarifying the line. Full grammar-focused editing belongs to copyediting. The Charm of Clarity sits between developmental and copy edits. My ‘Writer’s Reduction’ package includes both line and copyediting.
Do you use Track Changes?
Always. You’ll see every adjustment and can accept or reject each one.
What genres do you accept?

What if I disagree with an edit?
